Course Goal

This course aims to introduce functions of human resource management and help improving fundamentals regarding organization management.

Course Content

This course includes strategic human resources management, job analysis and design, human resource planning, job application collection and personnel selection, onboarding and personnel training, career planning, performance appraisal, job evaluation, wage management, occupational health and safety.

The course has no prerequisites.
