Course Goal
To make students comprehend the general logic of the law of obligations, to enable them to learn the basic principles of the law of obligations and basic information about debt relations, to internalize the solution methods for the problems that may be encountered in practice related to the law of obligations.
Course Content
General provisions of the law of obligations, Private Obligation Relations, Contracts, rights and capacity to act, Contracting parties, obligations, limitations and responsibilities, etc. There are topics such as
