Course Goal
This course has threefold aims: First to introduce the students the concepts and terminology of strategic management process. Second, help students with methods and processes of strategy formulation. The final aim is to provide students with tools of strategy making.
Course Content
This course covers the topics of strategy, strategic management, external environment, internal environment, mission, vision and business strategies at various levels.
