Course Goal

The aim of this course is to introduce contemporary career planning methods compatible with real life problems in the rapidly changing economic, social, cultural, ethical and legal conditions of the business world and to provide students with the ability to adapt them to their own lives. The course, which starts with the handling of entrepreneurship in economics literature and a short history, covers the process of turning a business idea into a successful business from start to finish. In the course, in which the characteristics of the entrepreneur are examined, it is aimed to raise awareness about the different aspects and dimensions of the entrepreneurship phenomenon, to examine the infrastructure conditions that lead to the formation and development of entrepreneurship, and to teach how business plans are prepared. It aims to identify the areas that need to be developed by recognizing the individual's own entrepreneurial capacity.

Course Content

Career planning and entrepreneurship concepts, students; It helps them to make a career planning compatible with their future goals by enabling them to gain awareness about their interests, personal characteristics and values.
