Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to give general information about the place and importance of labor law in working life, establishment and termination of employment contract.
Course Content
his course covers the basic principles of labor law and basic definitions, the concept of employment contract, temporary and indefinite employment contract, parties to the employment contract, debts arising from the employment contract, termination of the employment contract, working periods, paid holidays and annual paid leave, severance and notice indemnities.
