Course Goal

It is to analyze the training forms, forms and programs of running (short-distance, short-distance hurdles, long-distance) throwing (shot put, discus throw) by questioning the choice of talent in athletics.

Course Content

They will learn the history, rules and branches of athletics (runs, throws, jumps, multiple branches) and practice the practice examples.
