Course Goal / Objective
To comprehend the characteristics, structure, systems and exercises of wrestling and to have knowledge.
Course Content
Disclosure and discussion of propram content. Learns the criteria that are effective in tactical selection. He learns the tactics of fighting hand to hand and distracting the opponent. He learns the tactics of attacking by identifying the weaknesses of the opponent. Learns the opponent's weak points and attacking tactics. Learns attack and defense tactics according to the characteristics of the opponent. Learns technical tactics work according to the opponent. Learns technical tactics work according to the opponent.
