Course Goal / Objective

PTo develop the necessary team defense tactics for the game of handball.

Course Content

Performance Tests, Training Periodization, Coaching Philosophy, Established Defense Systems, Defending by Excess and Deficiency, Beach Handball and Training, Season Analysis and Evaluation.
