Course Goal

The course aims to supply knowledge about the basic concepts of psychometry and improve the students' understanding of the meaning and utility of test scores and to introduce them to testing procedures.

Course Content

Concepts of measurement and evaluation, the background and the use of measurment methods and tools in psychology, basic concepts of psychometry, reliability, validity, scale development, ability testing, personality testing, ethical and legal considerations in measurement and evalution
