Course Goal
Students to gain information about consumer protection legislation.
Course Content
Defective goods, unfair terms in contracts, door sales, distance contracts, timeshare contracts, consumer credit, deceptive advertising related legislation will have discussions about doctrine and practice.

There are no prerequisites for the course.
