Course Goal
Gaining students the ability to use the terms and concepts used in legal texts. Teaching some commonly used terms in the field of law. Introduction of Mecelle, one of the first legal texts. Laws, examination of court decisions in terms of language and expression.

Coprehanding legal terminoloji , learning historical process of legal terminoloji, anlyzing legal tex and terminolojy
