Course Goal
The aim of this course; It is to give detailed information about the basic principles of Criminal Procedure Law, protection measures and evidence, and investigation and prosecution stages.
Course Content
The content of this course; It covers the principles governing the Criminal Procedure, protective measures, evidence, the rules regarding the investigation and prosecution phases and the actions taken in these phases.
