Course Goal
The course aims to teach students the basic concept of the Marine Law and insurance law.
Course Content
Introduction to maritime law, the scope and classification, characteristics, history, environment, sources of maritime law, ship; definition and characteristics of the ship ,naval register, right in rem on the ship, ship ownership, ship mortgages, offshore loan, the beneficiary, owner and armament subsidiary of seafarers, sea men,freight contracts, agreements passenger transport by sea, maritime accidents, marine insurance. The birth of insurance, the base of the concept of insurance, internal and external distribution of the insurance, benefits of insurance, types of insurance, damage insurance, the mastered concepts of damege insurance and the amount insurance, the sucject,fact and resources of insurance law, and the principle of the freedom of contract and the limitation of this , insurance contract, concepts, elements, and attributes, the establishment of the insurance agreement, entering into force, the debts and obligations of the parties, the termination of the insurance contract and the transfer of the receivable insurance .
