Course Goal
In order to complete a building at a determined cost, duration and quality, it is necessary to provide the general outlines of the construction and ethics before and during the construction process.
Course Content
Law and regulations, license acquisition, supervision of building production, contract management, quantity and resource analysis, unit price analysis, work program, worker health and work safety, labor law and professional ethics.
