Course Goal / Objective
To adopt the philosophy of total quality management, which aims to minimize the possibility of error by performing individual quality control on the basis of raw materials, semi-products and products. To learn quality control techniques and applications.
Course Content
Quality Concept, Standard and Standardization, Importance of standard in production and service sector, Management quality and standards, To learn test techniques applied to different furniture groups.
