Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is presenting basic principles behind project management applications and providing a managerial point of view to the students.

Course Content

In this course, starting from the idea creating stage, all the managerial and technical issues will be covered such that forming project selection criteria, determining project manager and organization, project planning, project implementation, controlling and termination stages of projects.
