Aim of this course is to underline the importance of technological developments and information policies.
Course Content
This course consists of Importance of information policies, Information Society in 21. century, Turkeys science and technology policies, Science in Developed Countries, Technology Political Area, Information Society, its reflection, Technological Changes and its Economic Effects, etrade, egoverments subjects.
