Course Goal / Objective
In this course, which is an introduction to commercial law, the aim of the course is to teach the basic institutions and concepts related to commercial law.
Course Content
Commercial and commercial law, commercial enterprise, commercial affairs and the provisions to which they are subject, commercial jurisdiction; determination of commercial cases, courts where commercial cases will be heard, speech and procedure in commercial cases, merchant and merchant penalties, merchant assistants; auxiliary dependents, independent assistants, trade registry organization, trade name and business name, brand; These training expenses are the definition and types of the trademark, its registration, the rights and rights of the trademark owner, the legal proceedings regarding the trademark, its invalidity and termination, protection of trademark rights, unfair competition, commercial books, current account.
