Course Goal
This course aims to enable the student to use foreign trade theory and policies effectively to understand new events and developments in the international economic and political field. In this context, the reasons for the purchase and sale of goods and services between countries will be examined in the context of different theories. First, it will be expressed how this happens in a free trade environment, and then it will be tried to explain how it affects an environment that includes intervention.
Course Content
This course is about examining all kinds of economic events, relations and developments between different countries. Although micro and macro economic analysis techniques are generally used as analysis techniques in the course; these techniques are applied to a different framework that includes at least two countries.
