Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with basic information about alternative forage crops other than forage crops that are widely cultivated and have the potential to be used as forage crops and their cultivation.
Course Content
Concept of alternative forage crops, classification of alternative forage crops, rooster, fowl beet, salt bush, kohya, turnip, cabbage, rapeseed, meadow button, lioness, chicory, sunflower, bee grass, plantain, shepherd's weed, field ivy, mallow, purslane and shrubs. Cultivation techniques as forage crops
