To understand the relationship between modern industrial microbiology and biotechnology
Course Content
Scope of industrial microbiology and biotechnology, Microorganisms used in industrial microbiology and biotechnology, Microbial pathways in the biosynthesis of industrial microbiology products, Production of metabolites of industrial microorganisms, Development of biotechnological organisms and identification of producer strains, Protection of gene pools in industrial organisms, Fermentor applications, extraction of fermentation products, and examples of products will be given
