Course Goal

With this course, students; heater installation, boiler installation, combi installation, installation of mobile heating installation and commissioning of the heating system, and gaining qualifications related to the floor heating system are aimed.

Course Content

Today's heating techniques (Local heating, individual heating, central heating, district heating), heating fluids (Hot water, superheated water, steam, hot air, hot oil), first and second laws of thermodynamics, heat, temperature, heat transfer patterns (Conduction, convection, radiation), system types in heating (Bottom distribution, bottom collection heating system, top distribution, bottom collection heating system, top distribution, top collection heating system), heating systems according to the lower and upper calorific value of the fuel, location of the pump in hot water heating installations, floor radiator systems, thermal comfort, heat loss calculation, mobile heating system, underfloor heating system, heating installation armatures, heating installation pipe types, three-way mixing valve, thermostatic valve, circulation pump, z pump, shunt pump selection, membrane expansion tank, safety valve, hydraulic balance vessel selection, testing the installation, commissioning the system.
