Course Goal / Objective
With this course, it is aimed to provide students with the competencies of natural gas building connection line, underground line, main shut-off valve installation and natural gas building distribution line installation.
Course Content
Physical and chemical properties of natural gas, combustion properties of natural gas, LNG, CNG, natural gas from source to use, pressure reduction and measurement stations, natural gas burners according to capacity, natural gas boilers, boilers according to mounting style, gas delivery points, natural gas installation rules, cathodic protection, grounding, joining pipes, electro fusion welding technique, leakage tests and commissioning, natural gas meters, chimneys, individual and central system natural gas appliances.
