Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to examine the scientific foundations of human resource management processes and to provide students with knowledge and skills on HRM functions.
Course Content
Definition of human resource management, objectives, job analysis and job design, human resources planning, recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation and CV preparation.
