Course Goal / Objective

To gain students skills in determination of primary necessities of individuals living in rural areas, preparation of programs in accordance with these necessities, and transmission of this new information and techniques through appropriate methods.

The history of agricultural extension; definition, and philosophy; agricultural extension/consulting approaches and systems;goal oriented program planning; adult education; needs assessment; moderation; individual methods; group methods; mass publication methods
