Course Goal

To teach risk analysis and management in power generation plants.

Course Content

Introduction to work security in power plants; Risk analysis and management in hydroelectric power plants; Risk analysis and management in wind power plants; Risk analysis and management of solar panel power plants; Risk analysis and management in solar collector plants; Risk analysis and management of solar chimney power plants; Risk analysis and management in heat storage plants; Risk analysis and management in concentrating and focused solar power plants; Risk analysis and management in geothermal power plants; Risk analysis and management in nuclear power plants; Risk analysis and management in fueloil heat-electric power plants; Risk analysis and management in biomass gas cycle plants; Risk analysis and management in natural gas cycle power plants; Risk analysis and management in cogeneration and trigeneration power plants
