Course Goal

To provide basic knowledge of occupational safety experts who have acquired the knowledge required by technological developments in animal husbandry enterprises, have the ability to apply, have knowledge in production techniques, have knowledge and skills to solve professional problems, and can use modern devices.

Course Content

Food processing and aquaculture are rapidly turning to quality control programs. Many industrial sectors still use quality control programs as a cost-effective way to reduce risk, maximize profitability and ensure quality products. Quality criteria in livestock enterprises, employees' duties, authorities and responsibilities, employee performance monitoring and evaluation; effective use of resources, materials, time and human resources in animal husbandry enterprises, protection against disease risk factors and entry gates: Monitoring of entry-output, live inventory stock control and shipment activities in the enterprises, monitoring of demobilization and follow-up, continuity of the system in internal internal audits and The success control and improvement recommendations will focus on the identification of fixing ways of detecting and correcting the supply chain's animal, environment, machine and employee-related error sources.
