Course Goal

The aim of the course is to teach history and character dance within the stage discipline, gain flexibility to the students own natural mechanisms when he plays the role, and teach the basic dance steps of dance that help students comprehend the characteristics atmosphere of the period he lives in.

Course Content

The main positions in historical western dances ( legs and foot), positions of bowing in that periods. The historical dances (gavotte, minuet, polonaise, waltz, polka, quadrille)
