Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed that students will be able to conduct a marketing research for sustainable agriculture and food products from beginning to end.

Course Content

Definition of marketing research, content of research design (Research Process stages such as Method of research, Research Design, Data Collection Techniques, Sample Design), research design (types of studies and sources of marketing information), Sampling Procedures in Researches, Conducting Interviews (components of interviews, Response and Non-Response Bias, Interviewing types), and analyzing and interpreting the data at the basic level.
