Course Goal

To teach clinical forensic medicine practices, how the cases are evaluated, the methods used, how the findings are evaluated, how the forensic reports should be, what the forensic-legal expressions in the reports mean.

The concept of forensic cases, national and international conventions, medical documents, examination and evaluation of forensic cases, the concepts used in reports and report edition

LO01 Knows theories about the causes of violence, International contracts for children and women, Legal arrangements related to these issues in our country.
LO02 Knows the concept of forensic cases, the workflow in judicial cases, the obligation obligation and the concepts of professional secrets, the responsibilities of professionals working in this field and the dilemmas they have experienced.
LO03 Knows the meaning of the loss concepts in the 86th and 87th articles of the TCK included in the forensic reports is specific to the case examples.
LO04 Knows the process of evaluation of sexual abuse cases, how to take an emulation, the findings of examinations and examinations, how to report them. Has knowledge about the notions of unjustified forensic cases and unproven sexual abuse and what to pay attention to discrimination.
LO05 Knows criminal and legal liability regulations and how they are assessed about children.
LO06 Knows the methods used in age determination.
LO07 Knows the concept of malpractice and the related legal regulations, expertise institutions and expert reports know how it should be.
