Course Goal

General information about pesticides, environmentally friendly applications methods, effects of pesticide spray drift, what needs to be done carefully in order to make the pesticide applications, what will be the negative effects on human health in incorrect pesticide applications, How to make the correct pesticide application for minimum exposure.

Course Content

Definition of pesticides, information about the effects of pesticide and types of pesticides. Definition of sprayer, To inform about pesticide applications and calculation of application parameters, To know environmentally friendly spraying methods. To know effect of pesticide spray drift, Pesticides negative effects on operator, agricultural worker and bystander, Occupational exposure and environmental risk calculation
