Course Goal

At the end of the lecture, taking understanding of human and human behaviors as the base the, student's being able to evaluate a person, family and society in the light of biopsychosocial changes, to learn basic principles, concepts, method and practices of mental health and psychiatric disorders, will contribute to sport psychology practices, will intend for protection, development and enhancement of mental health is aimed.

Course Content

It includes theoretical tutoring, discussion and forensic case discussions regarding mental health and disorders while discussing legal process from the point of victim/perpetrator.

LO01 Students know the symptoms of mental health and disorders of individuals and assess the impact of mental disorders to their legal responsibility on behalf of the offender.

LO03 Students know who effect the legal process of the victim's mental disorder, the impact of the offender's proceedings
LO04 Students know the existence of a mental disorder in the individual knows the effect of a legal case.
LO05 Stundets know the impact of an aforementioned psychopathology to a forensic case.
LO06 Students know that patients (victim/offender)should be routed to mental treatment process of patients (victim/offender) .
