Course Goal / Objective

To learn morphological and basic criteria between weed species in order to identfy them towards their correct management.

Course Content

Weeds are undesirable plants and mankind does not want to grow in place. About 3000 weeds were identified in our country. Some of them are main pest of cultivated plants. Morphological characteristics and practical identification of these plants will be examined in point of species, genus and family taxon to use in practice. The lecture is specific for Weed science.
