Course Goal

identification of the objects of archaeological value is underwater, underwater excavation, preservation techniques and methods in the works and students in our countrys tourism potential , the details of their profession is to teach the use of tourism activities.

Course Content

Definition of underwater archeology, examination of archaeological objects, General tourism information together with excavation techniques and conservation methods, Turkey's tourism capacity, Turkey's position in the world in terms of underwater, Important diving points and features in our country, No-diving zones, Establishment and management of an underwater tourism business, Diving organizations, legal obligations. In addition, professional diving center managers and experienced divers working on underwater tourism will be invited to the courses and their knowledge and experience will be used. The content of the course consists of technical trips based on on-site inspection of one or more underwater tourism businesses operating in nearby areas, if possible.
