Course Goal

Giving information about the ethical issues in scientific studies, the philosophical and sociological dimensions of ethical problems, ethical problems and ethical issues, as well as the methodological knowledge and legal regulations related to biosafety.

Course Content

Definition of biosecurity, Biosafety and its importance for human, food, plant and animal health, National and international policies and legal arrangements related to biosafety, Research and development studies related to biosafety, GMO products and production methods, Scientific risk assessment of GMOs in the European food safety institution EFSA and the EU, Biorisks and ethical problems, Ethical rules in ethics, ethics, bioethics, environmental ethics, engineering ethics and their importance in science, The ethical issues and the philosophical and sociological dimensions of current ethical issues, the issues that the researchers should pay attention to in the ethical issues
