Course Goal

To teach sapling production techniques in in vitro conditions

Course Content

The purpose of clonal micro propagation, meristem culture, shoot tip culture, somatic embryogenesis and organogenesis methods used in clonal propagation, using bioreactor in sapling production, plant species and grafting methods used in micro grafting, virus-free certified propagation material and saplings production, the media and growth regulators used in in vitro sapling production, , the effect of the culture conditions, the issues to be considered in acclimation constitutes the content of the course.
