Course Goal / Objective

This lecture aims, discussion of the concept of pest in terms of economic, social and environmental aspects. The place and function of insects in agro and natural ecosystems, the philosophy of the Integrated Pest Management (IPM), as well as practical applications and the future of the IPM.

Course Content

This lecture contains, man, pests and the evoluation of IPM, pest definitaion, history of pest control, the cost of of pest control, the phisolophy of IPM, and the case histories in IPM subjects.
