Course Goal
Kamu ekonomisi disiplinine giriş yaparak piyasa başarısızlıklarının nedenlerini mikro analiz yöntemiyle açıklamak dersin temel amacıdır.
Course Content
Bu ders, Kamu Ekonomisi Disiplinine Tarihsel ve Analitik Perspektiften Bakış, Kurumsalcı İktisat, Kamu Kesiminin Yapısı, Bileşimi ve Büyüklüğü, Piyasa Ekonomisin İşleyiş Modeli, Ekonomide Etkinlik ve Adalet Kavramları, Toplumsal Fayda ve Maliyetlerin Ölçülmesi, Piyasa Aksaklıkları ve Devletin Rolü, Kamu Malları, Dışsallıklar, Doğal tekeller, regülasyon ve özelleştirme, Ekonomide Gelir Dağılımı ve Gelirin Yeniden Dağılımı Politikaları, Vergilemede Adalet ve Etkinliği içeirir.
