Course Goal

The aim of this course is to examine the analytical design, planning, control and coordination problems encountered in integrated supply chains and the solution approaches to these problems.

Course Content

Overview of supply chains, theoretical and practical issues in the design and management of supply chains, logistics network design and configuration, multi-echelon inventory systems, distribution planning, the value of information and bullwhip effect in supply chains, supply chain coordination and contracts management, analytics related to digital supply chains methods
