Course Goal

To be able to prepare activities based on these sources by recognizing different types of resources for Turkish education and language skills.

Course Content

Evaluating the historical development of Turkish teaching, identifying important problems in the field and recognizing the works, examining the sources of book quality, whether or not academic studies are published and classified in terms of their content, learning ways to examine and use different researches on language skills, preparing activities, using important works of Turkish education in research reports .

LO01 Researches and discusses the main problems in the context of the history of Turkish teaching. Makes academic suggestions that can produce solutions to the basic problems in Turkish education.
LO02 Gains awareness of the importance of scanning and using sources in the scientific research process.
LO03 Gains competencies in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to the problems in the field of Turkish education.
LO04 Based on the thesis writing criteria determined by the Senate, he/she effectively uses the academic resources appropriate for the problem selected in the process of writing a scientific research report.
