Course Goal

The main purpose of the course is to investigate the contemporary approaches to education and to study the implications of these approaches in school settings.

Course Content

In this course, topics such as constructivism, multiple intelligence, cooperative learning, brain based learning, concept teaching, teaching based on learning styles, teaching of high-level thinking skills, and value education are discussed.
