Course Goal

To define the description of coastal ecosystem and its topography, physical and biological specification, to understand the interactions between the coastal plankton community and coastal environment.

Course Content

Definition and classification of coastal area, tophography, physical and chemical spesifications of coastal area , the effects of dynamics, pollution and other environmental factors plankton communities in coastal ecosystem , pollution and pollutant sources in coastal ecosystem, harmfull algae blooms and their effects on coastal ecosystem.
