be teached and introduced of molecular genetics in aquaculture
Course Content
Structure of genetic materials (DNA, RNA), technology of recombinant DNA, cloning and amplifying of genes, vectors used chiefly in gene cloning, protein structure, bacteriological methods used in molecular genetics, genetic structure in natural population, measuring of genetic variations
