Course Goal
the primary objective of the class is to help each student formulate a personal understanding of environmental policy making, analysis and valuation
Course Content
Theories of environmental policymaking, policy process models, Environmental policy instruments: command and control methods, market base instruments and information based mechanisms, Evaluation of environmental policies, framework for assessing effectiveness of policy, Multilevel environmental policy models.
