Course Goal
To gain theoretical and practical knowledge about incubation management and embryology and to transfer them into practice
Course Content
Importance of incubation and hatchery management, structure of the egg, formation of egg, fertility and artificial insemination, hatchability, embryo development, congenital defects, properties of hatching eggs, storage of hatching eggs, physical condition for successful hatching, hatcheries and hatchery management, hatchery hygiene and eradication, chick quality.
