Course Goal / Objective

To provide the student with the general knowledge and the necessary background to pursue research in soft tissue biomechanics

Course Content

The in vivo mechanics of soft tissues and the relation of these properties with bone function.

LO05 Describes how to use the finite element method in soft tissue mechanics studies.
