Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce contemporary career planning methods compatible with real life problems in the rapidly changing economic, social, cultural, ethical and legal conditions of the business world and to provide students with the ability to adapt them to their own lives. Career Planning is a problem-solving and decision-making process that aims to establish the most appropriate relationship between the values and needs of employees and their work experiences and opportunities. It enables employees to be happier and more productive in their work. It creates employees who can predict their future, know what awaits them, determine their goals accordingly, are highly motivated and dedicate themselves to their work. It is a course to be applied individually. It provides a strategic approach to career planning and business research.
