Course Goal / Objective
To reveal the importance of strategies in plant production in the improvement of element deficiencies in human health.
Course Content
The concept of basic nutrient elements for humans and plants, the roles of nutrient elements on human health, the problems caused by their deficiencies in human health, the roles of nutrient elements in the synthesis of protein, carbohydrate and fat in the plant, the factors affecting the level of nutrients in the plant, and what agricultural strategies are used to eliminate nutrient problems in human health.
