Course Goal

To comprehend the morphology of Turkish.

Course Content

Structural features of Turkish, morphology; word, root, body, base, suffix, words according to their origin, native word, foreign word; root information, types of words according to their structures, words according to their types noun, adjective, verb, adverb, pronoun, conjunction, preposition, exclamation; Turkish suffixes: constructive suffixes, inflectional suffixes, gerund suffixes, suffixes, suffixes of verbs; Ways of word derivation in Turkish; word stress; writing rules.
