Course Goal

To learn, apply and interpret the results of the basic statistical methods used in the evaluation of data obtained from food analysis using statistical programs.

Course Content

Basic statistical terms, descriptive statistic with statistical programs, Hypothesis tests, single sample t test, two sample t test, analysis of variance, non-parametric tests, correlation, principal component analysis.
